BOXING

Our Boxing Training Program focuses on reactive power, power endurance, muscular endurance, anaerobic endurance
and aerobic endurance.

We are introducing our Red, White and Blue Boxing Program.  Boxing is American and so is our program.  Each level, Red, White and Blue helps you develop technique and understanding of Boxing.  The more you put in, the faster you move up.  The program is for both kids and adults.
