Kick N’ Box Fitness Studio is Adelaide’s home of cardio Kickboxing. Our classes are catered to all abilities and involve an hour of fun filled exercise!
Our Cardio Kickboxing and Cross Core classes run Monday to Saturday, with a team of experienced trainers, and members are welcome to unlimited classes. In these sessions you can expect to get your heart rate up, mobilise and strengthen your muscles and learn new ways to improve your overall fitness.
The Kick N’ Box Team can support, motivate and challenge people of all ages and abilities, and teach you safe and effective kick boxing, body weight and weight assisted techniques. They plan the sessions so you don’t have to!
