YouTube boxing cards always throw up some interesting characters and Saturday nights Misfits x DAZN card is no different.
Misfits boxing is a promotional company created by YouTuber KSI and they have an agreement to show a series of ‘influencer’ boxing cards on the broadcaster DAZN and this Saturday night it will be headlined by Jay Swingler vs Cherdleys.

And Cherdleys had some interesting comments to make at the press conference
Both men have millions of followers on social media, but limited boxing experience, although it seems Cherdleys in particular is taking the fight very seriously, or at least the abstaining from sex part of it.
It is common in boxing for fighters to avoid sex in the build-up to fights, as a way of keeping the testosterone levels in their body as high as possible.
We recently saw Chris Eubank Jr talk about it ahead of his scheduled fight with Conor Benn, as he revealed that for the likes of Canelo or Gennady Golovkin he would usually abstain from sex for eight weeks, but for Benn he would only do two weeks.
With that being said, Cherdleys has taken it a step further, as he revealed that he has been abstaining from sex for his entire life.
“I’ve got pent up aggression,” Cherdleys said at the press conference.
“Everybody’s saying they’ve been like two weeks without sex, I’ve been my whole life without sex.”
The room then erupted into laughter, as Cherdleys followed up by saying: “I’m the first professional boxer who is a virgin.”
