BOXING STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CLASSES PROVIDE

An understanding of your maximal power and strength as it relates to boxing: The objective of this class is to lessen the amount of injuries that can come with consistent repetitive motion, as well as increase optimal human performance to help you excel in and out of the ring. Our goal is to help the boxing world evolve in the way we see training as well as in how we train. In this hour, you will be executing maximal hip power and strength, back strength and back power, and most importantly training your anaerobic lactic acid system.

YOUTH PROGRAM

Seattle Boxing Gym’s youth class is open to kids ages seven to twelve. If your child is younger, contact us and we will do our best to determine if the youth class is the best option for them. We provide non-contact training that focuses on boxing fundamentals and general fitness. Our 45-minute class is tailored to create a fun and challenging experience for kids of varying skill levels. We aim to provide kids with improved hand-eye coordination, footwork, and balance; along with increased athletic and personal confidence. We believe the skills a child learns from boxing can be applied across all sports.

Seattle Boxing Gym does NOT have an organized competitive youth program. We are happy to talk with families about options available to kids who wish to compete.

Parents/guardians are required to sign the liability waiver for any person under the age of 18.

Schedule: Saturdays  10:15am – 11:00am

Pricing: $18/drop-in and $110/8-pack of classes + youth t-shirt
