+ Shaolin Kung Fu
One of the oldest, largest, and most famous styles of wushu (Chinese martial arts). In this class, you will learn main Shaolin Kung Fu techniques, like hitting, grabbing and kicking that include hand forms, Kung Fu stances, low kicks, high kicks and different movement combinations.
An ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves controlled breathing, movement exercises and meditation. In this class, you will learn the principles and meaning of QiGong. Also, together with Master Wei, you will practice Dynamic Qigong, Standing QiGong and Meditation.
A practice that encourages and develops concentration, clarity, emotional positivity and a calm seeing of the true nature of things. In this program, Meditation is part of a QiGong – Meditation class. You will learn the principles of Meditation and Shaolin techniques of Meditation.
+ Power Training
An exercise routine that aims at increasing power with focus on both strength and speed. This class is based on Shaolin Power Training and it was adapted to ‘at home’ training. You will be doing exercises that improve leg power, jumping, upper body and core strength, and cardiovascular endurance.
+ Power Stretching
A technique that aims to increase body flexibility and mobility. This class is based on the Shaolin Power Stretching and it was adapted to ‘at home’ training. It includes long stretches for leg flexibility, including splits and upper body flexibility. You will learn both how to stretch alone and with a partner.
This class will improve the resistance and strength of your skin, tendons, muscles and bones. You will learn how to condition thighs, shins, arms, abdomen, back, head, palms, fists and fingers alone using simple equipment, with a partner and with a tree.
